immodium is a good way to stop it.
If your ahaving recurrent diarrhoea, you really need to see you GP. There could be an underlying problem which is causing it such as Chron's.
If you think it is something you ate, you are better off getting it out of your system, Its your bodies natural way of getting rid of any toxins of poisons that you may have picked up from your food, just drink plenty of fluids so you dont get dehydrated
