Hi. I have had these things for a while, for several months. They protrude from my butt region, and they are like small little balls of something. I am not sure if they are haemorrhoids? I try to pull them off by tugging, but its hurts and they do not budge. Sometimes they interfere with defecation, as they become entangled in my hair down there. I have wondered, perhaps they are just globules of excrement that are stuck to my hair? I have not sure though. Some are large, but I also have some small ones as well. If I sit down the wrong way it stings some times. I am only 16 at the moment, by the way. Please help me.. Should I see a doctor? Thank you for your assistance.

You're too young for haemorrhoids, your second guess is more likely to be the correct one, the reason its painful is because you're pulling hairs out with the excrement.
