Answers:
At fourteen years, the most probable diagnosis is hemorrhoids or fistula in ano!. Don't get worried with the doomsday prophesies!. It is not a life threatening problem!. But get it checked by a surgeon!. If it is not severe he will give you medicines and some ointment and hopefully it will get better!. If not he will tell you what to do!.
It can be ulcerative colitis or crohns but less likely!.
May be your friend is shy to tell about the problem and show a doctor!. Tell him that the doctors are seeing such problems daily!. It is better to get treatment early than at a later stage when surgery may be necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

having blood in your stools is never good and tell your friend it could be something very serious!!

he may just have something like piles which is inflammation in your rectum!.

temm him he needs to go ans there are more severe things which I do not want to name that it could be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummm!.!.!.!.!.!.wow!.

He REALLY needs to get that checked!. One of his organs could be malfunctioning!. thats what happened to a friend of mine!. That could be fatal!. Tell the advisor, or tell him to tell the advisor!.
