i have the cold! i have a headache, runny nose, fever, glassy eyes, and a stumped up nose(congested) HOW CAN I FIX or help A STUMPED UP NOSE!!?!!?!!?! i would really like it, if you could tell me, because i can not sleep at night, and it is very fustrating at school!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi try day quil for the day and night quil at night, run a humidifier in your room with vicks vapor in it and this will help out so much!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
