Question: Does strep throat affect asthma!?

I've had a sore throat for a few days, yesterday it felt like it was on fire!. The docs gave me an antibiotic and said my throat was very red!. They did a strep test when I was there!. I'm also asthmatic and have been coughing up a STORM the past two days!. Yesterday I was coughing so much I almost threw up!. My chest is very tight / sore!.

Can strep throat cause this type of reaction in an asthmatic!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
