Only the oncologist (cancer specialist) dealing with the condition can say whether it is terminal or not. The radiologist giving the radiotherapy will be able to answer the question about radiotherapy. If you are concerned about asking, you could try having a look at the cancer research website or ringing cancer bacup. Ive found them really helpful when asking for information about my partner's diagnosis.
You dont say whether its you or someone you know that is involved but anyone with a diagnosis of cancer should have access to a Macmillan clinical nurse specialist who will answer any questions or find the answers for you.
