i went through a bone marrow transplant a couple months ago but food taste nasty anything that can help my taste!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I took probably about 4 months for things to taste like normal again after the transplant!.
First and foremost, make sure you dont have thrush!. I had a lot of problems with thrush and that can effect taste!.
Some people are sensitive to metal tastes, if this is a problem for you try eating with plastic utensils instead of metal!.
Beyond that, there isnt really much you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately you just have to wait!. The chemo damaged the nerves to your taste buds and these have to regenerate!. This is done at about 1 mm per day, so in case of taste buds (say 6 inches form the brain is 150mm) this would take at least 5-6 months before healing starts!. There is also no guarantee how much will return!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had raditation in the neck area!. It took two months before the awful food taste to go away and three months for complete restoration!.
