Question:

HELP ME please is this axniety?

so i went to emergency today because of my shortness of breath and they did all these test everything said I'm perfect said i have anxiety but now my my hands feel numb both of my hands feel tingling why am i dying ? doctors say I'm not and im perfect whats going on ?

they did a heart test today

2 weeks ago
becaue it last for 5mins and just happen today

Anxiety can cause all kinds of symptoms, from numb hands to seeing flashes of light, facial twitching etc.....I have had anxiety for years, if you have had test to rule out other causes of the numbness, I wouldnt worry.....read up about anxiety and the weird things it can do....good luck, hope ya feel better
