Does my acne complexion have to do with heat?
Usually in hot weather I break out. A week ago i went to San Francisco and it was pretty cold and windy my complexion looked practically flawless.
- i am usually hotter than everyone else fyi.

Definitely. Especially if you are prone to sweating. I don't know what your skin type is (ie. normal, combination, oily)
but hot weather often activates the skin via sweating and oil production thus contributing to breakouts. You may need to overhaul your skin care routine for the summer. Using cleanser and toner twice a day, perhaps. If I were you, I would treat myself to a facial and ask the esthetician for advice. A good one will tell you in general terms what you should be doing, rather than trying to sell you her products - so be sure to be up front when you ask for advice.
