my fren had bn sufferin from pain in chest since 2yrs,he has vomitted blood twice!.!.& has gained excess weight recently!.!.he is afraid to go to a doc !.!.wat has happened !.!.m clue less searched about ulcer!.!.tumor & cancer but excess weight gain rules out everything!.!.m very worried coz he doesnt eat much!.!.!.in fact only boozes!.!.he drinks heavily & also tobacco intakes !.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be anything going by the lifestyle but Id bet an ulcer!. Common thing for heavy drinking smokers!. Ulcers can bleed which is probably what he threw up!. He needs to go to the doctor and he needs to give up or at least take control of his vices!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You reallt should take your firend to see a doctor!. Without the doctor note will be forever keep worrying like me I fell so sad because I let my rebbit die by accident!. If you fell it could be an ulcer get some cream and remove it but you still should see a doctor!. And he should stop all the booze and smoking hes killing him self!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Probably the alcohol caused a vein in his esophagus to rupture causing the vomitting of blood!. Tell him to go to the doctor!. Don't waste your time worrying about him if he refuses to take care of himself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
