Crackling behind my neck?
Whenever I rotate my shoulders or turn my head, I hear a cracklign noise at behind my neck, at the base. Any reason why this may be? I have been having alot of stiffness there the last few months. Thanks!

The crackling is normal. The other problem is not.
Try a good massage therapist licensed who might work in a good chiropractors office. Together in one session they should fix your problem
I do massage like this for muscular dystrophy patients along with working them out in a heated indoor pool.
