What effect observed on blood pressure,if the amount of water increases in blood!

Question:

What effect observed on blood pressure,if the amount of water increases in blood?

AS WE ALL KNOWS THAT THE NORMAL BP IS 120/80 mm Hg what would happen if water content increases?

Answers:

Well you see in normal cases it is difficult for anything to happen as long as your kidney functions are intact, it will be excreted out via urine no effect on BP.
But if there is something wrong with your heart EF (ejection fraction) i.e low OR kidneys problem than only will water accumulate in your body giving rise to hypertension, congestive cardiac failure etc. than a diuretic is given. OK.
