Question: My tounge was peeling this morning!?
So this morning I felt something weird in my mouth and it was a piece of skin that was attached to my tongue!. The inside of my mouth was peeling!.

Could it be a deficiency!? I know for sure it is not an STD, I have not done anything to get one!.
This was very weird and nasty!.!.

Unfortunately, the most prevalent cause for this is the Herpes virus!. If you have the virus, get an Rx for Valtrex before it goes internal on you!.
Google herpes and tongue and see what images and websites you come up with if you want to see for yourself!.
You can contract the Herpes virus without sexual contact!. Sharing an infected person's water, toothpaste etc or a kiss on someone's cheek that carries the virus but currently doesn't have an outbreak can even bestow the virus upon you--you've seen the commercials that remind you that you don't have to have a current outbreak to spread the virus--right!?
