Question: How long will this last!? It's driving me nuts!?
I've been sick for 5 days now!. It's not TOO bad now, but I have a hard time sleeping, because my throat is either too dry, or it will tickle and make me cough!. There's also a lot of congestion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope you are using losanges - these can be very soothing to your throat!. Halls makes a great citcus blend with vitamin C - I recently used them when I had a bad cold and it made a difference!.
Stay rested, keep in bed, drink lots of water, eat soup and gargle your throat with salt water!. All of these will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bring something like water or another liquid when you go to sleep!. The same thing happened to me when I first got my cold!. And, when your throat tickles just cough until it's gone!. The same thing happened to me last night and the night before!. And also take sore throat drops to help you!.
As for congestion you should sleep like you're sitting up!. It stinks and you may fall asleep later but it works usually the next morning!. I know this is a pain! Hope this helps :)!Www@Answer-Health@Com
