I smoked pot about 2 months ago and it was only a bowl for 4/20... i need a hair!

I smoked pot about 2 months ago and it was only a bowl for 4/20... i need a hair sample to pass should i worry

before that i might have a few times but not alot nor occasionaly. what should i do!!!???????
