Temporary fix for a few days without an inhaler?
I've got an appointment at my asthma clinic on the 5th July, that was the earlier available date. The date now is 29th June, both my inhalers have run out and I am finding that I wake up at night wheezing, but then have nothing to treat it with. Apart from having a shower and allowing the steam to break up the catarrh in the morning, would could I use as a quick fix to stop the wheezing until the 5th?

i humidifier might help u at night with breathing....
i also remember from seeing (few years back) a way that might help u when u have an attack.....take a dense cloth get it wet (with WARM WATER)....and have like a mini fan.....like the 1's u use to cool ur face that u can put in ur pocket....and put the cloth up covering ur mouth and blow the fan towards the cloth and let the water that is on the cloth get blown in the back of ur throat it might help open ur air way a bit
