During the summer i get red bumps on my arms that resemble acne, but it doesnt itch and goes away in the fall
i am using cortizone cream at night and exfoliating body wash. any ideas what this could be??? and its only on my arms from my wrist to my elbow.

It could be heat rash or sun poison, if you are in the sun alot.
