Someone please hellp! I'm having problems with sinus congestion and my ears are clogged...?
I am leaving tonight to go on an 18 hour flight. My ears are already clogged, and when I get on the plane its gonna hurt if I dont clear them up now. I have tried sudafed, peroxide in the ear and mucinex... NONE of these worked. If you have any suggestions, please help!!

Don't take an antihistamine along with the pseudophedrine (Sudafed) unless you specifically need an antihistamine (i.e., your sinus problems are caused by allergies). That can cause you to become more congested. Do not take mucinex for sinus congestion. That's an expectorant for coughs. Never take medications that you don't specifically need.
Try a nasal decongestant spray (follow the instructions on the package, and do not use more often or longer than it says on the package: rebound congestion can result!) and something like Vick's VapoRub.
