lower your intake on greesey foods also don't use the cream what you will want to do and this may sound girlish but it helped me. you will want to use the acne pads than soap and water your face try the soap that has small beads in them also try apricot scrub the cream acne meds will clog your pores causing acne build up than use clay masque and wash regularly
