Has anyone ever have this type of sunburn?

has anyone ever had a sunburn where the sunburn itself dont hurt bad but its like it itches so bad u cant stand it and it itches under your skin... and its on my back so everytime i move my arms it really starts itching even the air and it sooo bad... and hte sunburns not rellly that bad.... help what will work
