Question: My dog has eaten a WHOLE Snickers Marathon Protein Bar "Caramel Nut Rush"!?
He is a small 9-12 pound rat terrier!. I do not know the level of theobromine in the bar!. It does not look like a lot of chocolate, but still, is it too much!? (The coating is just a thin 1-2mm layer of chocolate)Www@Answer-Health@Com

when did he eat it!? You may still have time to get him to yarf it up!. Do you have any hydrogen peroxide by any chance!? It may not be a lot of chocolate in the bar, but it might still be dangerous for him!.

8 oz of chocolate can kill a small dog!. That doesn't sound like a lot of chocolate on the bar and it isn't always real chocolate on those bars anyways!. It still might be a good idea to call a vet and tell them what happened!. They can let you know if it is something you should be concerned about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
