Hi there!. Perhaps you need to change your skin care regime!. There is a great website (http://www!.acne!.org ) which has message boards with some excellent advice for treating acne ranging from mild to severe!. After searching for good acne treatments for a long time, I have found that a good skin care regime is really beneficial!. You might try involving several steps;
1) Cleansing with a product that is fragrance free so that it doesn't irritate and inflame the skin
2) Exfoliating to remove dead skin cells which may block up pores and cause blemishes (you can do this either manually with a wash cloth whilst you cleanse, or with a product that contains salicylic acid or beta hydroxy acid)
3) Disinfecting problem areas with a product that contains 2!.5% Benzoyl Peroxide
You can add other steps such as toning the skin wth an alcohol free toner after cleansing to soothe aggravated skin and take away some of the redness if your skin is in need of it!. This link will help you out with suitable products and how to build a regime that works for you; http://www!.acne!.org/messageboard/Biggest!.!.!.
If your acne is really severe, you might want to go to the doctors and discuss the use of topical retinoids (such as Retin-A and Retin-A micro) which can also be very effective!. You can also get treated with antibiotics such as Doxycycline or Minomicin for a few months!. If all else fails there is the option of Accutane, but consider the pro's and cons carefully!. I hope that helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, the best thing you can do is see your doctor!. It can be your normal doctor!. They can prescribe creams and potions and even pills that will help!. That is what I did with my son!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
