alright well im going to mexico in like 12 days and i have kinda of bad pimple problem and i wanted to know what is a good facial cleanser to wash my face with and not look like a pretty boy in front of all the other guys. im going their with a bunch of guys so i just need to know. thanks

Apparantly Clearasil is the best - but to be honest pimples are not caused by blocked pores alone. Its a hormone thing and your doctor is the best person to see. He/she can do a lot more to help with acne & pimples than over the counter cleansers and lotions alone.
I went on a course of anti-biotics as a teenager and they helped alot.
