I have never heard of "stresen" heart attack. I have tried to look it up on several sites. I have never heard a "certain kind" of heart attack. Do you mean someone had a heart attack due to stress? If you do mean that, too much stress can cause underlying health problems that can lead to a heart attack. I am unsure of your question, but I put information on a heart attack below.
