Red bumps on stomach?!

Red bumps on stomach?

i sometimes get these red bumps on my stomach...
i don't know causes them?
i've tried different soap, different lotion, different laundry soap.
and they come u anyways!
it sucks b/c i can't wear a bikini bc i'm self consious of them.
i try to put vitamin e on it to fade the scars or to make them go away but i want to know the cause.
i don't have the money to go to the doctor does anyone know what could be wrong?
they don't come up on the surface like acne or a boil it's just a red knot that leaves purples scars and i HATE it! =(

it's above my belly button...

if it near your panty line they are causes by sweat, need to try different panties
