Salt water rinse!. There are many over the counter!. Some use a neti pot and some a plastic spray bottle!. it'll help remove stuff and keep passages clear esp!. from allergens!. Inhale steam!. (Just boil water and inhale the steam from it!. At night a little Vicks rubbed just under the nose and around the sides also helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
