try taking a cotton ball and putting a LITTLE rubbing alcohol on it!.
rub it on the broken out areas (it will burn a little)
but it will dry them up really fast!.

Make sure when you shower don't just quickly wash over the "problem" areas!. Make sure to use a luffa or type of soft scrubby thing with body wash on it!. I had some on my back and after 1-2 days of really washing and NOT touching or scratching them they were gone!.

its nothing but pure soap!. no fragrences!.
