Opinions - best lotion for eczema?!

Question: Opinions - best lotion for eczema!?

I have terrible eczema during the winter time!. I use a steroid cream to help minimize the places but can anyone recommend a good daily lotion to use to keep my skin moisturized!? I've tried several brands including the pricey ones the doctors suggest and I haven't seen good results!.
