How about kicking the medications? They cure nothing.... never have, never will. You want good mental health? Then eat a healthy diet, exercise, ensure that you are getting plenty of vitamin B complex, omega 3 fish oil, and doing regular sessions of cognitive therapy. Take it from someone who looked depression and certain death square in the eye and decided he didn't want to go there and decided that doctors and their meds are for people who aren't willing to do what it takes to get better.
