I would think that it is a case of vicious cycle!. You have a headache because you don't sleep and you don't sleep because you have a headache!. Add the fact that you study a lot and that's an awful lot to take for your body!. I believe you suffer from exhaustion!. Try to relax and get a few good nights of rest!. If you can't sleep, I would think that your doctor could recommend a mild sedative just to get back on track!. Intellectual people often have insomnia!. We have a hard time to stop thinking!. Even when I sleep, I wake up with the answer to my problems which means that I don't totally shut my mind!. I have a lot of headaches!. I learned to live with it since I'm now 47, so I try to do my best work during the night when my mind becomes clear and vivid!. I try to work around my biological clock!. You're still young and they know more today than they did when I was younger so I wouldn't worry about it!. If you still have problems sleeping, seek some help!. There are a lot of specialists now, especially if you live in a big city!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I can only make some suggestions, which might or might not help!.
The first thing I would think of is you may need to have your eyes checked, and or new glasses!.
You might be studying too much and therefore giving you the pain around your eyes, the headaches and the lack of sleep!.
You also might be having tension headaches or you might have sinusitis!.
If your doctor is saying that you are "studying" too much--what he suggest you do!? If you are still having these issues in another month after following some advise from your doctor--go back to him and if you are not happy with his answer I would go to an EENT doctor!.
Good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First that came to mind is that you may need glasses or need to change your glasses if you have them already!. Vision problems usually begin with headaches and eye pain!. You should take frequent breaks when reading or ready under properly lighted areas!.

Second differential diagnosis is the presence of an impending condition which I hate to mention but I will just list possibilities: An aneurysm!.!.!.usual manifest as a persistant headached!. If you have tried taking things like tylenol or asprin or similiar with no relief, this could be a likely diagnosis!. In this case, you need CT scan!.

My suggestions: Again, an eye condition is my likely guess!. But see what happens when you take a break for a FULL day or two!.!.!.no reading and taking pain relievers for pain!. If no change, go back to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

visual acuity checkup,ENT checkup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it may be sinus pressure, or stress and constant staring at something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should consult a new doctor!.!. Maybe a neurologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
