My hands go numb and shake all the time...?!

If i put my hands above my head for even the shortest period of time they go numb and sometimes even when i am just sitting there!. My hands are constantly shaking as well!. It tends to get worse when i work out!. Sometimes i do tend to drink too much caffeine and i considered that, thinking it was the problem!. I cut out all caffeine and my hands were still shaky and went numb!. The only thing i could think of was that i have poor circulation!. Is that what this is!? Are there any remedies for it!?
