We use cinnamon at least 2times a week and yo es it is gluten free!. He also can not have gluten so I watch for that all the time!. The cinnamon oil is also gluten free!. I use that in some of my cooking!. But to be sure about your jar check the ingrediants to make sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
