My 2 yr old daughter is suffering from horrible dandruff...HELP!?

my daughter will be 2 in a week and is suffering from horrible dandruff the MDs say its nothing but she is scratching sores in her head i dont know if there is a mild way to help except adult dandruff shampoos???

try Neutrogena T/Sal shampoo. its gentle enough for everyday use and can be find in most drugstores. Good luck and make sure the problem isn't more severe than dandruff!
