I feel awful and I have midterms next week meaning I have to go to school next week!.!.may remedies on how to get rid of a sore throat and runny nose!.!.as soon as possible =(

Take lemonade and warm it up in the microwave, it is truly a miracle! I am also sick with a sore throat and runny nose, and this helped it go away almost instantly!. Also anything with lemons will do and will help a sore throat!. I hope you get better soon!

What you can do for a sore throat:
Gargle warm/hot salt water (but not so hot that it burns your mouth)
Gargle with mouth wash, especially Cepacol
Drink a lot of extremely ice cold drinks
Drink hot tea (adding honey and lemon helps even more)
Hold a cold or hot compress against the neck
What you can do for a runny nose:
Over the counter meds like Benedryl (Benedryl also helps you sleep)
Nasal decongestant spray
At the first sign of a cold use Zicam!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For a sore throat gargling with 1tsp vinegar in 1/4 cup warm water just be sure to not aspirate!.Also on the reservation we would often times put 1tsp of cayenne pepper in a shot glass of warm water and shoot it down!. It sounds horrible I know but wow does it work and fast!.It also helps with the runny nose

Try gargling with warm salt water for your sore throat!. Can't do much about a runny nose unless you buy something over the counter for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
