Question: Can Anyone Tell Me The Meanings of Swollen Neck Glands in the Throat!?
I am not sick with a cold or anything, and I basically feel fine!. But on both sides of my throat, my lymph nodes are swollen!. Occasionally, I'll get a few shooting pains that aren't too bad, but also concerning!. Another thing is, when inhale to take a breath, it feels as if my windpipe/bottom of my throat is sore or irritated!. This has been going on for awhile, and I will be going to the doctor next week!. Has anyone got any list of what this could be; what I could explain to my doctor!? Please help me find and list as much information on this as you can!. It will be greatly appreciated!.

Ive never heard of thyroid causing lymph node problems!. Ive replied to your question in a different section anyway!. Letting you know im dealing with the same thing!. For me, im skinny and have really bad anxiety so no meat and my nerves make mine come out!.
Are your actually big!?!? See mine hurt at times, feel like pulled muscles in my neck but they are only pea size although there hard!.
I had my thyroid function tested like 4 times and its perfect, if you had a thyroid problem you would have different symptoms!.
Before iw as born, so like 20 yrs ago, my mum suffered with bad anxietya nd panic attacks!. Every lymphnode in her body swelled up like golf balls all due to being run down!. It doesnt ahve to be something bad!. Doctors can not find an infection in my body!. Im fixed o the idea of having lymphoma bu thats my anxiety and me being paranoid and thinking the worsta ll teh time!.
Have you thought maybe you have anxiety!? I kno i do but i still dont understand how it cuases so much physical pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like hypothyroidism!.I have hypothyroidism and my lymph nodes are always swollen!.YOu should find an endocrinologist!.If you are under 18 and live in East Tennessee then their is an endocrinologist(mine) at east Tennessee Childrens Hospital named Dr!.David A Nickels!.
