Killing streptococcus virus?!


Question: Killing streptococcus virus!?
My kids caught it early and are almost done with antibiotics!. I think I 'm still not compltely over it, and my hubby is about to do his round of 2nd antibiotics (I hopefully will get some today!.

MY QUESTION IS, I am the only one (adult) that is healthy enough (hardy har har cuz I ain't really) to disinfect the house with bleach!.

What needs to be my plan of attack to clean!? What are the measurement s of bleach to water, and where is it safe to use that!?

I've already thrown toothbrushes away or have some stuck in alcohol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

buy 3 cans of lysol and spray everything in your house from the door knobs to the light switches!. make sure everyone is getting the right dosage of antibiotics on time!. wash hands or hand sanatize them germs after touching anyone!. hell wear a surgical mask!. pour 1 cup of bleach for every gallon of warm water!. you can use it on every hard surface!. for couches and other soft surfaces spray lysol!. wait until they are over their sickness before changing toothbrushes!. seperate the toothbrushes if you can!. while they are still sick soak the toothbrushes in mouthwash to kill the germs until they are better again then you buy new toothbrushes!.

1st streptococci is not virus it is bacteria!.
2nd you can't kill them they are normal habitats present every where it is all over your skin and in your mouth and nose!.
you don't have to kill them you have only to disinfect the wounds, wash your hands, care hygiene and take antibiotics in case of infections!.

There is one way of helping you on this problem!. If you were to take yogurt everyday, it will help you!. For the active bacteria in it will kill those unfriendly ones all the way down to you anus!. Yogurt is good for cough, sore-throat, stomach ulcers, etc!. Strep wont sit around your house, as it is most commonly transferred via physical contact!. Of course you should clean your house, but do get rid of all your toothbrushes!. You should clean things that can be put in your mouth, like the toothbrushes, silverware, glasses, and cups, ectect!.

Just stick to your antibiotics and get to feeling betters!
