Have a sty! Need to get rid of it QUICKLY!?

Hi. I think I have a sty on my eyelid.

I've read that warm compresses will help it, but I need it to be gone by monday, as I'll be going away on a field trip and it won't be practical to be doing compresses then.

Anyone got any answers? Will the compresses get rid of it by monday?

Thought I'd mention, it's only tiny. It's not even white yet.

Should I still do hot compresses, or just leave it and see if it goes?

I hate those things! My doc always tells me to use cold and hot, hot will break up the clog and cold will reduce the swelling. Good luck
