Advice on child who who under went surgery 3 days ago?
My daughter had her tonsills and adenoids removed 3 days ago and I can't imagine her pain but she is on pretty good pain meds and she refuses to eat. She drink very little fluids but soft foods like soup (cold), jello, ice cream...etc and all she refuses. Any advice I know she must keep the fluid thing going but its getting pretty hard, help!

my 3 yr old had the same surgery a few months ago she wouldnt eat or drink anything for 6 days she lost about 10 lbs but she was ok just as long as she gets a little liquid down then she will be ok in about 2 or 3 more days. good luck
