what I do when Im cold is i take a REALLY hot shower, as hot as i can stand, then wrap up in a really warm blanket, and snuggle into the bed for awhile!. that always worksWww@Answer-Health@Com
maybe you are too thing and you don't have any fat!. make sure you drink hot stuff (tea, soup) and that your feet are warmWww@Answer-Health@Com
