What are the symptoms for genital herpes? I have just noticed that i have 3 sores on the shaft of my penis and they are open and tend to scab over. They feel like mouth sores like the irratation burning feeling. I do not have any other symptoms like fever or headaches or anything like that. Please inform as I am setting up an appoinment with the doctor. Thanx!!
