H pylori breath test negative but still have the symptoms!?!


Question: H pylori breath test negative but still have the symptoms!!?
hello im 24yr old male, i was diagnos with h pylori through a blood test about 2 1/2 months ago, went through 3 weeks of antibiotics and was still suffering the same abdominal pain, lost about 20-30 pounds in that 2 months period!. Did a Breath test couple of days ago and test came out Negative on the H pylori, I Feel a little better than 2 1/2 months ago, but still have the same stomach pain, these are my symptoms:
-stomach pain that Wakes me up middle of the night hurting, i have to kind of massage it to feel a little better!.
-Sometime I feel bloated after a meal, I eat raw and cooked veggies, carrots, brocollis,bean sprouts,cabbage, lettuces, white rice(lol Im asian) , lean meat( chicken breast, sometimes fish)
-Constipated, bowel movements are just once every other day, eventho i eat alot!.
-Burning feeling inside stomach during morning, day, night (just depends, it might just be at night, or morning for couple of hours, it varys)
-Neck pain, and mindgrain at night during sleeping hours!.!.!.
-Pain on left ribcage that goes to the side of left ribs!.
-and urinate quite often, seems like i cannot hold the water i drink for long!. But urine color is light yellow to almost clear sometimes!.

could this be signs of something else that's making my stomach hurt like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Maybe the antibiotics to kill the H!. Pylori killed all the useful bacteria in your gut and you are having trouble digesting all the veggies!. Try eating Greek yogurt with the active cultures in it!. Also you may need to have another blood test just to be sure all the H!. Pylori are gone!. Perhaps the breath test is not accurate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
