I am at home and was in a state of insomnia with dizziness i ate then read my blood sugar and it was 44 but it is slowly dropping!?
Is this a dangerous level!?

For sure!. Drink some juice with pure sugar added!. Or eat some honey!. Or if you have the glucotrol sugar tablets, eat those!. Try to get it above 80ish!. If you start feeling really odd and can't get it to come back up, you should call someone to take you to the hospital, or call 911!.

First drink some regular soda or something else with a high glycemic index!. If you have diabetes and do not understand what is high or low blood sugar then you are in real big trouble! Is someone else at home!? If so please wake them up, if the dizziness remains and you are home alone call 911, at that low level you may pass out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm guessing this is 44 mg/dl!. If so, then yes, if left it would be dangerous, but since you ate something, then you're right!. The lower you go, the more likely you are to be in comma and the more dangerous it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
anything under 40 can cause disorientation,dizziness,ETC eat something with some sugar in it to bring you up 70-120 is normal!.
