Cancer causes?

so why does every one blame cancer on smoking when there are alot more ways to get cancer is it just a scape goat

Lung, mouth, throat and oesophagal cancer are blamed on smoking because it is a primary cause of cancer in those parts of the body. Some people can smoke all their lives and not develop these cancers - others have a family tendency to succumb.
Smoking causes all sorts of other problems, too, partly because it is clogging up your lungs, so your lungs can't do their job of passing oxygen to your blood. The blood supplies oxygen to every part of your body. Without oxygen, organs die.
Because so many deaths can be prevented by not smoking, it is sensible not to do it. Would you eat rat poison sandwiches for pleasure? Same difference.
