can i actually use proactive together with mederma the scar gel? i mean is it safe? and when washing face with the renewing cleanser, it was said to be washed with warm water. why is that so? cant i just wash with normal tap water?

okay, i had the same problem. i had a scar on my face i was trying to heal while using proactiv. i used it together all the time and never had any problems or side effects. but i wasnt using mederma, i used a different kind of scar medication. if you're really nervous, just call your doctor- they'll let you know if its safe or not. also, i always rinse my proactiv with regular tap water. i just let it warm up a bit before.
