Small, Red, Dry Spot on Leg.. Help?!

Small, Red, Dry Spot on Leg.. Help?

Ok, I noticed a small (less than an inch across) dry spot on my right thigh about 2 weeks ago. It hasn't gone a way. If I mess with it, it becomes inflamed and then it hurts and is red. Then bumps pop up sort of like little pimples, buy by the next morning they are gone. It does not itch at all. And there isn't anything else like it on my body.. Any thoughts? I thought it might be a little fungal infection.. Maybe bacterial?..I dunno. Any thoughts would be appreciated!!

Ok.. wow. No, the bumps are not puss filled. It only turns red if I scratch at it.. Not touch it. It looks like a little dot of dry skin that didn't tan as dark as the rest of me.. And it only hurts after I mess with it for like 10 minutes trying to figure out what it is... It's probably like half of an inch across..

need to see a doctor about it as soon as possible.
