Serious question.

Does anybody wipe their bum with soap in the shower?

Also how do you know if your bum doesnt smell all day?

I have recently recovered from obstipation (severe constipation) - i now have mental discomfort going to the toilet to have a poo.

Well there is certainly no need to kepp putting soap up ya bum. It will not make it any cleaner. Try stop being paranoid which sounds like to me.
Try everytime u go toilet use babywipes better than soap. But i am sure u just over reacting. We all get paranoid about our lower parts but hey we r human.
