Question: I'm going for a sunbed in an hour!?
I know sunbeds are bad for you but i only have a few this time of year because i go quite pale and i find it helps!!
I was wondering!.!.!.are you allowed to put a small coat of suncream on or not!?
And is there anything else i should consider or know when i have a sunbed!?
I heard sunbeds/and general sun exposure can ruin the skin especially on the face so should i put some kind or protection on before i use one!?

i use sunbeds now and againn for special occasions!.
i usually put kids factor 50 sunblock on all my dark prominant freckles like on my arms!.
and i had a tattoo bout 7 months ago so nxt time i go on the sunbed i will put sunblock on that too!.
im not sure about other creams!. i only put block on to protect certain areas!. they sometimes sell oils at the salon but iv never tried those!. i would think puting suncream on all over would not do any harm, but you should keep waiting for answers!.
plus it would be very sticky in the heat
i would def put some normal moistureiser on your face tho a few hours before you go, maybe one that has spf 15 in itWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to be careful of moles, and if you have to have sunbed sessions start of with say no more than 3min sessions to begin with and make sure you never burn or feel sore!.
