What is gluten and what foods is it in?!


Question: What is gluten and what foods is it in!?
i think that i am gluten intolerant, but im not 100% sure!. Please help me know some side effects to gluten intollerance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gluten is a protein in wheat, rye, barley, malt and all derivatives!. There are MANY symptoms that can happen with gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease!.

Celiac is more complicated because it can cause other disorders such as Diabetes, Thyroid disorder, neurological problems, autism, short stature, malnutrition, low bone density, arthritis, asthma, anemia, miscarriage, rash, lactose intolerance, hyposplenism (small underactive spleen) and many others!. That is why it is so hard to diagnose, because it can mimic other disorders, or people think they have just asthma and treat the symptom but not the cause!.

The main symptoms are light colored, yellow diahrrea, stools that float and seem fatty, stomach pains, stomach bubbling, vomiting, nausea, bloating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
