Is it nicotine withdrawal?!

Question: Is it nicotine withdrawal!?
Well, I was a heavy smoker!. Say, a pack a day!. I quit, cold turkey!. About three or four days after the last I had a cigarette, I noticed a rash along my neck!. Then it started growing, and it's all down my neck, chest, and stomach!. It doesn't itch or burn or anything!. But I do have a bad cough, and I've a really weak stomach and can't really eat!. I'm most concerned about this rash, I don't know if it's some kind of withdrawal or if it's something else!? Have any answers before I get myself to the doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I have never heard of a rash being a "withdrawal" symptom from nicotine!. However, your body and mind are undergoing (healthy) yet stressful changes and that be be the cause of your rash!. Try an oatmeal bath!. If it itches, try some cortisone cream (OTC)!.

If it is concerning you a lot, call your doctor, clinic, or er and ask them, too!.

Cough is totally normal, and gets worse before better!. Your little cilia (hairs in your lung) are cleaning out all the junk you put in before!. Imagine each breath, cough or another symptom not as a problem, but, a sign of healing!.

Stomach problems, lack of appetite are completely normal as your body adjusts to metabolizing things without nicotine!. Try some Maalox and milk to soothe it!.

Congrats on your quit! NOPE (Not One Puff Ever!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
