Question: Why do i always have a sore throat!?
its my birthday today and i couldn't enjoy it!!! because i always have a sore throat !. every month !. it is annoying and makes me angry!. i have been to the GP many times about this problem and all i get told is to gargle salt and water or sometimes anti bio-tics !. surly there must be a problem !? why do i have it every 4 weeks!? some one please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would go to an ear nose and throat specialist!. It is likely chronic post nasal drip which can be caused by a host of things!. Indoor or outdoor allergies, dry air, or other sinus irritants!. Also try the nettie pot!. If it is a sinus problem the nettie system can help clean out and soothe sinus cavities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be due to post nasal drip!.!. do you have allergies/ sinus problems!? If so, try an antihistamine before you go to bed (I take Benedryl) Or is it a throat problem due to strep throat!? If thats the case you may need your tonsils out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hun i get that sore throat every single morning!.!.!.all i do is cry for a while but then it gets better later on!.!.i've been to the gp many times as well n he tells me the same things!.!.!.it sucks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
That happens to me too, i decided maybe if i drank more water, but it doesn't seem to help as much as i thought!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
